Across 300+ enterprise accounts and 250+ active partners, I have led governance, renewal alignment, and white glove support models with less than 1% churn and 100% SLA adherence. I have scaled teams from 2 to 20+ globally and previously led operations of 60 employees in call center environments.

But what matters most to me is what remains after I step away.

When I leave, systems are stronger. Expectations are clearer. Teams operate with confidence because the structure supports them. Performance becomes measurable. Complexity becomes manageable.

I love fixing what feels chaotic and turning it into something organized, intentional, and sustainable.
