I lead with operational clarity, revenue accountability, and disciplined execution in complex, high growth environments.

• Implemented formal QA scoring framework, raising and sustaining team performance at a minimum 95% quality threshold

• Introduced enterprise health scoring methodology to improve renewal visibility, risk identification, and cross functional accountability

• Reduced revenue exposure through structured third party collections strategy and tighter operational billing oversight

• Partnered cross functionally with Product and Engineering leadership to resolve systemic friction, strengthening customer experience and operational clarity

Leadership Philosophy

Strong systems create strong cultures. Structure is not restrictive. It is protective. Clarity enables accountability. Accountability builds trust. Trust drives performance.

Community Impact

My leadership extends beyond organizations.

I have supported transitional housing initiatives such as Parisi House, where structure and stability create new beginnings. I am also a foster parent, where the work of building safety, consistency, and trust happens daily and often quietly.

In both environments, the principles remain the same. Structure creates safety. Clarity builds confidence. Accountability supports growth.

I have also spoken to teams and community groups about resilience, discipline, and building strong foundations in both work and life.

Leadership, to me, is not confined to a title. It is practiced wherever responsibility meets intention.
